Dogs:

Upon arrival each guest will be shown to their private suite or standard room. Each suite or standard room will be fully stocked with clean and comfy beds, toys, fresh bowls for food and water. The entire hotel is climate controlled, so your pet will never feel too warm or cold. Meals will be served twice daily. Any guest needing a variation will be accommodated. The house meal is Purina EN, which promotes a healthy digestive tract, however, there will be no extra charge for special diets from home. Our suites range from 5' x 7' or 6' x 8' and standard rooms start at 3' x 4' for our tiniest of guests.

Cats:

Upon arrival all feline guests will be shown to our cat wing. Our cattery is in a separate part of the hotel, with a separate air-conditioning system, to ensure our feline guest have a stress free stay. The cattery includes spacious townhouses and condos to provide a relaxing and tranquil environment for their stay. Cats are let out individually each day in the wing to lounge, explore, or play in our hide-a-ways and forts.

Vaccine Requirements

All dogs must have current vaccines including Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordatella. All cats must have Rabies, FVRCP, and Feline Leukemia is recommended.
